This was my first experience at a Jack in the Box and was greatly satisfied. The menu was easy to understand, even with many different options. Service was great, team members were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the double jack with a side of chicken nuggets. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine which is always a plus!

This is probably one of the nicest and cleanest location. The employees were very nice. We asked how long the location had been opened since it looks brand new and they said a year. I love the charging station area and the whole layout. We had the chicken fajita pita and it was wonderful.

I went through the drive thru late one night recently, heading back into town with some family. We had 3 of us in the car and i asked if we could do two separate orders and the lady refused and said she could only do one or we'd have to go back around and order again. When i got to the window (both times) she didn't acknowledge me and even at one point, made the cook hand out our items. The second time I went through he took over at the speaker because she didn't want to take my order again. He did an outstanding job but she lacked customer service and even though she wasn't rude to my face, i could tell she didn't want anything to do with us.

Daughter and I went for lunch and after it took 5 minutes for someone to take my payment we received our food. They forgot the cheese on both our sandwiches. My bun was burnt. I ordered the variety munchies and my onion rings were falling apart and messy. The cheese sticks tasted bad. The only thing I was happy about was the curly fries were cooked perfectly. Was very disappointed.

This jack makes a good Jr bacon but they always have a system update so called at 4am or 4:30am or last night 3:50am.. sounds like to me they just don't wanna make food at that hour. It's always the same girl that says it too. I pass by 2 Jake in the boxes on my way home. I'll just be going to the one in twin from now on.. not going to waste my time.

This is the most poorly operated franchise I've ever visited. Although they are open they are not capable of serving people at 4:30 am. The lack of business strategy amazes me. They at located next to a business that employs hundreds of people that work shifts from 5am-5pm and i can't stop there for a quick breakfast due to a inefficient computer system . I have never had this problem in twin and a lack of motivation to address this issue indicates poor management or ownership.

The food was cold, Blakely, the manager, was borderline rude when she insisted she made it fresh, perhaps cook it to temp then it what cool off. Went to dairy queen instead, fast food is fast food but the food was hot and the service was great
